Yes, Munchkin has a clue, agreed.

I imagine he'd give the answers most of us gave on the first page.

Effective level is inaccurate in my opinion because it is based on the # of sp. So slow builders are handicapped and balanced builders will generally have higher 'effective levels.' So if you invest in maxing out a primary attribute early you will almost always fall behind and then gain in back late in your career when you train secondary attributes and they gain faster.

In my opinion the scouting report #'s are the better indicator of quality at the position. Get the greasemonkey script that unlocks the # values behind the scouting bars to evaluate your players.

All of my other Oline have higher effective levels then their level except my C hes 25 effective 22. I think there is something with the C's having it really easy to build thier players at one point and bort nurfed how fast they increased a bit so you can see all the old guys with super high effective levels but see players like ours that look crappy even though my guy has over 100 strength and 70 blocking at level 25. It'll even out eventually but seems of all the Oline the Center got screwed the most

ALG's were changed, so new centers have a hard time living up to the the SP value of the old generation. No fuss, it will equal itself out eventually, but your dot will look bad on effective level for his whole career

Once the first generation of Archetype players pass through, they will probably rewrite the effective level code to only compare to these players.

Cool thanks for the input. I dont really care about my effective level too much, just so long as it doesn't effect my play.

I hope so. When I seen my C 31/29 I insta 'd. Thought I was making him bad.

Took alittle bit, but with quad training, effective level is catching up and surpassing the old C models. If built right under new system effective level will still be higher.

Lol. You may be able to juice it and pick up a few extra SPs early on through multi-training, but, you are not going to see nearly as many 1400-1500+ effective level C's under the archetype system as you did under the old system as players will be more rounded. It's difficult to get Strength to 100 raw for new archetype dots (without completely selling out your build for it) whereas many C's built just a few seasons earlier are easily going to have 110+ raw strength when they hit plateau.

My young C has already jumped ahead of effective level, it shouldnt change (hopefully by the time hes 6-10 seasons in old archytypes are out of the system, and this will remain the same).

I'd be interesting to see if he keeps it up lvl 30 when the discrepancy really starts to kick in.
