Ah, no I didn't. That is a pretty big difference. I'd rather go with 118/90 over that split. Have you used that at all this season, or is the change new after the loss?

Almost more interested in the lack of SV than the speed/agility split. My guy will be at 123/87 when I get a couple more BTs, but I'm reconsidering the wisdom of pumping SV up those last few points.

Building CBs has definitely changed.

I actually find it more interesting that he has 0 SV than that he has 0 SDC. 0 SDC for a zone corner is absolutely reasonable, but I'd never consider 0 SV on a corner. With how important reading plays and avoiding fakes is for corners, I can't imagine not investing in the skill most suited to doing those two things. I haven't had the chance to go through his plays and see how he has done, but I plan to do so during downtime while studying for the bar or soon after I take it.

With the evolution of the game, though, CBs are having to move more towards what Stout is running on Cougar. I did some speed script experiments with a CB who had two pieces of SDC AEQ, and according to that, the bonus to speed from SDC was negligible. Obviously I don't know how much it affects agility or pass deflection chance, but that data convinced me to stop investing points in it for my CBs.

builds are relatively similar, but the one w/o SAs seems to perform better pretty consistently imo. i think it kinda supports your theory. i may try next preseason running w/o any SDC on Nnamdi and taking it to 10 on Antonio, see how things shake out.

fwiw, they both play in the same defense on 98/99 in the same spots.
