Getting more XP is indeed a benefit. I didn't say the total of the pros and cons on each side favor having a lower level than a higher level, just pointing out that there is a side benefit to be factored in that most people don't account for.

Wow, you guys have a horrid schedule early, but even the MARAUDERS beat one of the teams you lost to!! I'd start worrying about now if I were the Extreme. Two losses and I was willing to say "Its early". But 3 losses and it is getting close to the most disappointing team of the year. With another tough tough game next week, you could be 0-4 soon.

Well for those that boost late maybe you end the season at level 28. So for the rest of that early booster's career he will always be one level shorter, which means he will get more experience per game and per each day of training than the higher level player.

That bass-ackwards.
For that entire first season of early boosting, he's 3 levels IN FRONT of the late booster. So that'd be 3 years before seeing any payback there. That's before you even factor in the diminishing returns on training which would more likely extend that to 4, maybe 5 years.

Actually, it's even worse. The XP given for training is only greater when there they are on different actual levels, which would be what ? 10-15% of the time ? Compared to the entire season of a 2 or 3 level difference the other way. I'd hazard a guess that with all other character choices being equal, you'll never 'make up' that difference over the lifespan of your character's career. They'll be equal in levels for most of that time, but the late-booster will have better stats.

But I speak for the Warpath not the Extreme and I have let that be known. I have a player on the Extreme and a beautiful Championship trophy from them but the D.C. Warpath are my team and the team that I speak for. Anyone hating on the Extreme are exactly that: HATERS!

Granted I don't read this forum that much... But I'm surprised Extreme is getting a hard time like this, they're a classy team.

Further evidence the West is the dominating conference. The league champs can't even buy a win.

It was a game that could have gone either way. Fortunately we came out on top.
