thats not slow building... thats hording-SPs-because-i-think-thats-how-to-slowbuild-but-its-actually-not-and-its-hurting-my-build-building. slow building i all about taking advantage of ALGs, which means capping something as soon as possible... which means you probably should have had something capped by level 2-3, which means you missed out on 3-4 levels of ALGs at the soft cap, which is worth 1.5-2 SPs (depending on how soon you -could- have capped it.

but that being said, you have only missed out on a few SPs, so its not a big deal. you probably wanna dump it all in speed now.

THanks for all the guidence!! So far my mind is set though on making him fast and strong...Splitting it up with Speed, Strength and Agility as my top three, but % wise 60/25/15....and I have disguise blitz as my additional ability and will put all my VA's in that and Shed Blocks. I want him only 2 dimensional to be great at something instead of good and more than one thing. I want him to Blitz alot (remembering to up my stamina) and to meet any RB with enough strength to stop him. Am I thinking correctly or am I all fucked up LOL....Strrength and Speed to either take a QBs head off or put any RB to the Ground!! DWARE in the house!! ....oh and side note, who things the 'BOYS' are going to the SB this year AT HOME ) sry, just a HUGE Cowboys fan!! Happy Gaming fellas

His speed is really low for his level. It's do-able put he'll never be a game changer.

Id take spd to 81.

I am not done with speed, my plan was 77, and I have it 98% trained.

You really think 81 is worth it?

Yes because it should be much higher from the ALGs. You need to make up for that.

I went agl first to 77, then spd to 74, then str to 68.

Thanks regoob for the advice.

Eh there's more to the build than 10%. Even with a good scheme, LBs without First Step are going to be much more worthless when blitzing than LBs with it, and the list goes on...

The best blitzing LB is going to have this:
85+ natural speed/agility
forget about strength/tackling higher than 48 and vision higher than 60 - you probably won't be able to round out his build that much
disguise blitz, first step, blitz all at least 5+ with one nearing 10

strength/agility blitzing LBs (that rely on breaking blocks) are worthless and nonexistent at the pro level... it has to be speed, and the dot has to be placed perfectly so he doesn't touch anyone

Not sure I agree here. You could easily push strength/tackling up at least 2 more caps and into the 70s, vision in it's 70s as wella nd still have ample time to fill out those SAs.

Agree with this 100%. I mean you can get sacks every now and then without being placed, but there are a few "money spots" that are guaranteed hurries/sacks if lined up properly.

What about VAs for a Blitzer. What should those be?

Well if you are pushing speed and agility to at least 85+ naturally... not sure really. I don't run player builds scripts even though I should

And for VAs... JTS? Only blitzing one I can really think of that would apply to speed blitzers

Read the description. JTS only works on the line of scrimmage.

Fearsome maybe?

Looks like Meh to me since maxed it only has a 30% chance of triggering.

Fearsome seems pretty lame to me. At lower levels a hurry is almost always a bad or incomplete pass, but at higher levels with QB's have the confidence and vision hurries aren't worth much.

Fearsome, Pass Rusher and Technique Man seems pretty good to me for a pass rushing LB.
