Strength: 44.75 Blocking: 10.6
Speed: 10.6 Tackling: 19
Agility: 18 Throwing: 10
Jumping: 9 Catching: 8
Stamina: 17.6 Carrying: 9
Vision: 15.6 Kicking: 8
Confidence: 10.6 Punting: 8
the starter has great stamina so thats why his stamina is so low.

and my level 4 containment DE Raoul Duk3
Strength: 32.5 Blocking: 10.6
Speed: 18.5 Tackling: 17.5
Agility: 19.94 Throwing: 10
Jumping: 10.6 Catching: 9
Stamina: 14.6 Carrying: 10
Vision: 18.47 Kicking: 9
Confidence: 10.6 Punting: 8
And again the starter has great stamina so im not going to train it that much yet.

Improve your agility first. Don't neglect your speed or vision.
Get your stamina into the 20's and ask for some plays on ST to get more xp.
Keep the tackling climbing up if you want to choose a tackling style other than wrap up.

Same deal with stamina. ST will get you more experience if your not getting on the pitch much already but it does drain your energy.

Looks like a good balance between strength, speed and agility for your level.

Strength and Agility looking very good
Improve your speed first, aim for the 30's, then work on vision and confidence.
Bump up tackling if you want to chose a tackling type other than wrap up

Go for it and see how it goes.
Otherwise pump up your strength and tackling.
Keep improving your agility to give you an even bigger advantage in that area.

Training vision as I'm going to sell my custom equip that's invested in vision and reinvest in agility. With my next level up I'm thinking I'd focus on agility??? I also still have all my boosts for this season. Planning on boosting before the playoffs. Advice on how to spend my points would be appreciated.

Agility could use a boost. I'd put all 5 points there if I were you.
