well I would think basing SOS off team eff. lev or combination of sorts would be better than basing it off the rankings itself which may be scewed

Not saying it's easy bro but my argument is that a good team could go out scrim 50 decent teams and acquire more pts than a much better team with a tougher schedule.

Maybe use = # of games for each team being ranked, top 15 opponents used

If Sofia would have beaten Sparta we'd still be in it's top 10 as we where 11th.....and I'm not confident I could beat the top 10

Lem's right....had we went undefeated 16-0....we likely would have been in the top 10. It needs to weigh the "out of league" games a bit heavier tbh

problem with that is that how do you decide if your out of league game was any better then your in league games?
