It's more about efficiencies than anything. We had agents on both teams doing the same things, which creates redundancies across the board. The merger was about consolidation - it allows us to remove the 'waste' from the system. Anyone with a six sigma background should understand this.

The worst part about mergers is listening to all the crap excuses....just freaking man up.....

"Couldnt get it done on our own so we thought we'd do a smart thing and merge"

That's it, that's all you gotta say

If it makes you feel better to oversimplify it, that's great. The truth is it made the most sense to consolidate talent and gameplanning efforts on one team in order to hopefully maximize this seasons results.

But the point is neither one could do it on their OWN so they had to CONSOLIDATE.

I'm not arguing what a merger is, I'm arguing what the reasoning is.

If both teams thought the COULD do it on their own, they would not have merged....

duh

But thats the end of that.....as long as you are in EE Pro I gots mad love for you guys!

Good luck!

I just hope when/if we ever make it to the WL we represent EE Pro with more than 3 wins.

I'd worry more about making it the WL first. Sofia has X factor, yo.

It could be I don't get it....but how does Clint "Jab" Bolton - the player you linked have anything to do with X factor?
