Actually no, it's the curse of HoggLife. He ran his mouth so much that Bort added into the code of the USAPL Champ game a +10% attribute boost to the East team and then donged every West team's tactics. If you don't believe this, just go back to the Minnesota Marauders Champ Game loss where they were in FG range but the sim refused to allow them to kick a FG in the last 40 seconds. The Best team is normally in the West, just look at how MEM beat the Hounds 40-13 earlier this season...I bet the Hounds end up winning the Champ game.

Scrimmages, whether rated or not, are not approached at 100% except on rare occasions.
Best team doesn't always win, which is how it goes. However, for the East to hold something like a 13-1, 12-2 advantage or whatever it is, that is more than a bum SIM

It could be the fact that MEM is supposed to be the Hometeam for the Championship yet the sim takes into account East bias so they make the Hounds the hometeam.

Actually, the hounds are well known for bragging about scrimmage wins but only if they're srsscrim like in tourneys. Private scrims though are def lol.

Not really. It's completely a bum sim. Just look at all the crazy endings...always go in favor of the East. I am just using the only other game we played and there are extenuating circumstances as to why MEM didn't perform as well earlier in the year.
