do a lot of DE's have strength at 25? I would venture to say outside of strength based DE's, the answer is no. Maybe the new ones will... but most pass rushing DE's won't even be touching strength yet.

My lvl 39 DE barely has 70+ strength with equip.

Well played. I personally used to start with str for all my DEs before the players types.
