Question: I've signed up for a PeeWee team and of course I read all the posts saying that everybody gets a PeeWee team the first time they apply if they do so far enough ahead. My thinking is that I ought to wait for next season, after I've already got a PW team, before advertising for players, since I don't have the team yet. Same reasoning about joining any PW player draft, because I don't want to get in the position of not getting a team. Or, getting it so late that I miss the draft. I'm #597, if that helps.

Any assistance out there on this?

Well that is no longer the case considering the massive cuts Pee-Wee Leagues have seen recently (which has done it well)... You could say you may even likely not get your team, but still I would act as if you were, and then if you don't get your team I'm sure people will have no problem finding a place for the players created or promised to your team.

You can start for my team

I'll donate a Speed TE and a Combo LB (MLB type)- both will CE and will boost if team in playoffs

Not sure if my team will enter the draft yet, I'll see when it comes closer to time

No your not banned, Only people blacklisted are agents that say they will make players only to sign with other teams.

Also this is why I implemented the new rule Guzz. You have to have at least one booster donated in order to draft. Used to it didn't matter.

So there's nothing enforcing that people put CEQ on and boost if they promise to? I'd rather have you not sign at all then do something like that
