Seattle Majestics is now owned by a CPU. Pretty interesting.

Wow, wonder what happened there. They were actually decent. Too bad the owner didn't gut the team first

Wow, that's weird. The old owner still has over 30 players on that team.

That's understandable, I hope you get a good Owner. He's inheriting a pretty good team. Some aren't so lucky.

Didn't even notice we had an all-owner team. I figured a lot of those types of teams would get burned out fast.

I think alot of people misjudge how hard it actually is to deal with multiple people and personalities when putting together a team, and just say to heck with it, and create their own players to "fill in" until they can find someone to play the spot. Those players end up being the whole team and the owner gets very burned out running the team, doing the scouting, and the offensive and defensive tactis, as well as setting up all their players.

Heck, I am the owner of a team of guys that have known each other for more than 20 years now, and we are still having playing time issues. Even though I'd bet we do a better job balancing our starters and backups than 95% of the teams in the league.

Good Luck!

You know what is ironic, Pin? I have two teams. One is (was) entirely comprised of friends (North American) and the one in this league is just a bunch of random guys. My friends team is a fucking warzone with fights everywhere. New York? We get along real well.

Now, if it weren't for losing five great players a season to "Friends teams" or "I got a team" we'd be in great shape

Yeah, its a lot of work, and a tough balance. I do have a strategy for dealing with this, but don't want to reveal it. I can certainly see why owners are frustrated in running teams. I totally understand the advantages of dealing with fewer and fewer agents. Sometimes its like herding cats.

How about the parity this season? So many games are close this season compared to last year. I think we may see a 12-4 conference champ this season. I've only seen one blowout in 2 weeks so far. Top teams are losing, teams that were questionable are stepping up.

I am enjoying the fact that our offense is FINALLY scoring points. I think we've scored almost as many points this season already as we did last season. Most of my players stuck together. A few of them got their own teams. They asked for their release and I hooked them up. I was fortunate to have a lot of depth. This will be a better season than last season. Thank God for that!
