if you stop at 68 you will end up with what? ~80 maybe? and then most of the corners split equipment 50/50 between agi + spd...what worked for many seasons but not anymore...imo of course

yeah gonna have to disagree with you there. with man coverage CBs, SDC gets even stronger than it was before, so i dont see WRs being bale to outrun man CBs. hard hitters, which i think are the best do it all CB archetype might have some issues, but they will still have SDC as we know it currently which helps, and if they get speed to 95-100 ( i generally do a 10 point split in speed agility) then i think they will do just fine. might be cutting hiars against very well built speed WRs on streaks, but i dont think the days of 95 speed CBs covering 130 speed WRs are over quite yet.

Effective level is position specific; it doesn't really care what you consider a CB

yeah i know. i was just saying that since i dont really consider returners as CBs (they have thier own little nook in my mind), that i dont think a CB (one that covers WRs or plays zone/is not a returner) should bring speed to 77, ever. if you are a returner (that happens to be a CB according to the little marron dot) then go ahead and pump that speed.

yeah the returner CBs may mess with effective level a bit (all the more reason that effective level is kind of lol), but that doesnt mean that a CB (not returner) has to pump speed that high in order to be good.

i think were saying the same thing, we just arent on quite the same wave length.
