He can always invest in natural leader as his second VA... if he's smart and doesnt put point into SA's until later investing into it as his second VA, or 3rd VA would be a lot smarter than investing in it now when it will give his player, and his team almost no returns.
It's the same reason players don't invest in juke until they've taken AGI, VIS, and CAR to decent levels.
Juke won't work well, or often until the supporting attributes are there.
Natural leader won't work well or often until the supporting SA's are there.
He can add another VA that will be more useful now, and then when Natural leader will start to have more of an effect (once he's investing in SA's) he can add VP's to Natural leader... I don't understand how this doesn't make sense...
