There is nothing like being on a team and getting promised to start if you CE, and not starting or getting any PT. Or having the team be sold, or the owner getting banned. (all three things have happened to me this year on other team. )
I tell you exactly what I want, and what I expect, I don't multi, I just talk some smack sometimes. And I expect my agents to do the same. I try to run my team like a real team, not some a-hole with a $#@$%^ ton of flex. I'd go to bat for my agents even buy them stuff. They are all beyond awesome. We are 9-0 and I think we can finish the season at least 13-3 or higher, and are a contender team and a pretty damn good 2nd year team if I don't say so myself.
In other words we rock, and my avatar is a lot hotter than yours. Please don't make fun of Shink, as I would question anybody's logic in attacking an Italian on a personal level.

I think to a certain extend I agree with that, builds matter a lot more. But why would I recruit a player I could just as easily make myself. The kinds of agents I want are boosters/CE. I mean a good agent who doesn't boost or Ce is worth much more than a person who does CE/Boost, but is semiactive or a bad builder.
