agree with jaded. no real reason to change it, just watch it later. don't see why it would affect training or much else.

It effects training due to the fact if you are not up late enough to see where your players energy stands after the game you have to automatically set it on relaxed just to make sure you can gain enough back for the next game. Where as there were plenty of games where I could have trained on intense or normal and gained more stats. So either they can make our games earlier or adjust our "training" cut off a different time to help in this matter.
