Are you sure you've never cheated? Usually when people are trying to hide guilt they generalize and overcompensate.

Speed >>>>>> Vision > Agility >>> Jumping = Tackling = Strength. The last 3 won't = exactly long term as you cap them differently. That is the order I go for cap building the last 3, but bring them to the same cap. My build plan is

78 Speed
74 Agility
74 or 78 Vision (training combos are better to go Agility before Vision)
61 Jumping
61 Tackling
61 Strength.
