I think it very much suits my team and my QB. We're almost always one of the top teams in our conference in terms of rushing attempts and near the bottom for pass attempts. Since we only pass with any frequency when down, distance, and score dictate we must, our QB is only really important in the big games when we aren't guaranteed to be playing with a lead the vast majority of the game. Those are also the games when QBs face very good pass rushing and/or coverage that further puts a premium on the already all-important pass quality. If your team is similar and you only pass in key situations, I think Clock Manager is worth investigating since it works in the most important situation a QB can face, mounting a come back with little time left in the half.
Clutch might be worth considering, but it doesn't mention extra levels increasing the bonus, just the chance to get it, so I assume the bonus isn't huge but is a multiplier in all kinds of equations on 3rd and 4th down. The bonus does say it increases late in the game though, so in the last half of the 4th quarter it might be significantly more substantial. I'd like to see a game with some late 4th quarter drives by a QB with 15 in both Clock Manager and Clutch to see them both in action and with maximum effect and compare it to earlier drives in the 3rd and 4th quarter.
