The first part is probably true, but the second is not. Providence went 2-14 two seasons ago and only stayed in CPL due to guts. It's generally had a lot of quality depth.

Do you see me making any comments about the APL? No. That's partly because no one gives a flying fuck about Africa, and partly because I don't run my mouth on subjects I know nothing about. Providence was used to being drastically out-leveled almost every season (as was Grand Banks). The reason why they stopped kicking ass on the move from AAA to Pro wasn't the presence of much older dots, but much better dots.
