Winona Warriors (8-5)
The former SEA Pro bad boys don't look so bad now that the Jam have out-played them on the field and out-douched them in the forums. And they still have games left against Portland (9-4), Cambodia (9-4) and a Pa Dong (2-11) team that is way overdue for a shocking upset or two. But how much of the Winona tail-spin is real, and how much is a disguise? We will definitely find out in the next two weeks, since losses to Portland and Cambodia could leave Winona looking like the odd man out of the playoffs if the other Warriors get hot.

Subject to my usual error rate (which is substantial), I believe the following teams have clinched playoff spots in Naga:

Beijing
ESL
PDP

The following teams are likely to clinch next "week":
Mekong
NBA Jam
Monks
Thai

Final spot will be most likely determined by the winner of the CMM v Winona game, but that is not a definite.

Ujung is not officially eliminated, but must win out and hope for a couple of teams to lose out.

Ujung is out. Their remaining schedule is too tough.

Mekong is in. Mekong is likely to take the #2 seed now in fact. #3 at worst.

When I say clinched I mean mathematically in already.

Yes with ESL playing 2 tough teams in CMM and PDP split those games Mekong wins the tie breaker . Of course ESL can token boost both win both and keep 2nd. (HA HA) a little Stern humor there. the toughest team with the most momentum is Thai and I hope not to face them in the playoffs more than any other team due to it is not the same team we beat earlier in the season. Their learning curve in the pro's was short lived.

Well, I am pretty sure they'll want to hold on to that 2 seed if that can. Either way, it will be fun to once again play against what I consider the #1 franchise in SEA Pro history. It hasn't worked out too well for us in the past, but we'll give it a shot.
