Can't disagree with the above, but is it just CPL, or across all forums? My team forum is as desolate as they come, as are some of the other private forums I'm in. Is the allure of the forums just waning?
From my perspective, scouting and game planning is harder now, I just don't have the time or energy to try and be witty/clever (and usually fail) in 4-5 different forums each day.

You've got a point on everything here. The biggest difference is not having an instigator in the midst. The way I understand it, the previous instigators traded leagues with us. (And SEAPL had plenty of instigators already!)
