I would definitely say, that is a far cry from living the "High Life" You probably had a 12 pack down in 1 hour tops!

They should go back to the Party Ball or small kegs you can slam in the fridge imo.
Then I would only have to go to the beer store 3 times a week!!!!

I only do jello shot out of womens cleavage now.

I could not believe how tiny they are.... it is like taking shots of beer.

On the flip side though, the barcardi factory is here so you can get 1.5L of Rum for 11 bucks

I guess that is some what of a redeeming factor. However, you can't find anything other than coors/medalia(local beer) for beer here. Oh well, another week and I will be back in the states and all the high life I can drink

What exactly is your point? you moved the ball down the field and ran out of time.

Was the first play of the drive (sweep - run) necessary. Was all the short stuff necessary (throw mid to long routes in that situation).

Set up a specific under 5 Min Down drill (input) in your OAI with more detailed play calls the closer you get to running out of time (calling for longer routes/plays).

Now you say there's not enough reward for gameplanning, I say there is if you set up your AI's right!!!!


In summary, you lost a close one, nothings broken, nothings flawed (cept your 2min drill), CRY MOAR!!!!

Does suck to end like that but when the first run was 23 seconds (my count) then 17 seconds when the time ran out seems plausible. Maybe a spike the ball would og got that one more play, who knows. Tough loss, reminds meof the superbowl where Tennessee fell one yard short in St Louis.

But we all know about the last 2 minute timing issues in GLB and how long it takes to run plays (hence it comes down to play calling and adjusting your 2-5min down late OAI accordingly).

and lol @ 3 threads (FAQ, BUGs, and posting in this one) cause you lost a game.

Yeah some other RL issues compounded my thoughts and feelings on just a bad beat.. (I do not care to share atm)I guess spike the ball is not set up properly or 2 low on my AI. Besides the point I am probably a little burnt out on GLB and taking it a bit to seriously and investing to much flex as well. The game has become a chore for me @ the moment, so I need evaluate on how to make it more fun.

I did not see that a spike was needed. After a first down the clock stops to move the chains?

Spike the ball is actually not even included on that games AI. I forgot I changed it 1 hour before the game.

It sucks, but a loss is a loss. You are still playoff bound right now, so buck up and remember which game really matters.

Oh yeah TT I agree completely. Holidays can be a little tough for some families. Ours included. I had no business even being online feeling like I felt that day. My bad.

Yes a loss is a loss. I never see it any other way. It only stings for a minute. I would take nothing away from DSBM they are a well organized and coached team. We are just trying to compete @ a high level with everyone else. We know what it takes, just unfortunately the sim is what is. It would be cool imo If we could play this game in real time and set up plays in real time matches. I know that would never happen, so %'s take priority. Just have to guess right. and let it run it's course.

I will say that, that game was a heartbreaker. A loss I won't forget, I will keep that link for a long time, just to show me these games can come down to a matter of inches. LOL I guess if we had taken a drumming, it is odd to say, but i suppose it would not of mattered as much in my mind. I give Kudos to our team for competing in every game. Our agents take credit for the Wins and I will take the disappointment for the losses,

Ive had worse, Conference championship game in season 8, Score tied 31 to 31. We had the last possession. 3rd and 6 on the opponents 13 with 4 seconds left and we run the ball. Yep didnt have the kick a field goal with x amount of time left in the AI. We lost in OT by the stupid notorious Slam plays. We moved it from our own 43 to the opponents 13 and we could of kicked it even 2-3 plays prior on their 15, 17 or their 25.
