not sure about strength but i know carry is very important for spin.

Agility helps spin fire, but if you don't have any attributes for breaking tackles, it won't break anything and won't show up on the PbP. There's no text for 'failed spin'.
When my HB hit 60 strength/ 60 carrying spin started firing quite often with only 3. Now it's much higher, but my HB doesn't isn't getting the ball much this season.

Not sure the answer but do know that Spin is not a Fake. Therefore it falls under break tackle. Which means strength and carry will be important. Strength above 48 for a agility, speed or even balanced WR is just a waste IMO. I have about 80 agility, 42 strength and 62 carry with 9 spin and it fires pretty often. Spin is the best SA when it fires, wonderful to watch. Just doesnt happen enough.
