Why would you recruit peewee players for a Cap 14 team? Start a cap 14 team with level 1s, tank the first season and slow build if you want to have a 50% chance of winning trophy. If you want a 90 - 99 % chance, super slow build those level ones on various teams and let CPUs play on your cap 14 team. I just did a season with peewee players who were 11 - 13 in a cap 13 league, we did well, got to the playoffs but slow build and SSB teams will destroy you always.

Slow building = Cheating. Cheating = Ban. Why aren't slow build teams banned?

There's no such thing as cheating if your buying the flex.
