Here's the truth about these guys,

You have 3 guys on here who are going to talk trash preseason about beating you. When they don't they complain about lvl comparison.

Also, they didn't even derserve to be promoted from AAA to Pro over:
USB Rough Riders - USA AA League Champ.
Tennessee Outlaws - USA AA League runner up.
Nevada Dice - Beat Czech in the playoffs, by 27.
Chicago Blitz - Made it to the 3rd round of the playoffs
Even my team who had a better reg. season record - finished 14-2, while Czech finished 13-3 ( both made it to the second round in the playoffs)

Say what you want to but those are the facts, but that its Czech in a nutshell

I dont however agree with recruiting though it comes especially easy for me. I think it makes more sense to make a team with a group of networked agents that you can count on sticking around for 10-13 seasons. I prefer to build complete teams. Heres a couple ive been a major part of of the countless teams ive helped put together that went on to dominate.

This team is the base of our network that was established with alot of the agents and owners from the EEBBB#1 expansion. I decided that making a team that would keep us all together would be helpful in growing the network. It did its job and now we're a network of nearly 1000 agents. I OC B2P ad we're on a 40 game streak that will reach 60 by seasons end.

This was one of the teams that started when Czech Yourself did in season 7 in a cap 13. After losing some players before the 7th season begun then losing a few others throughout a couple seasons after Loco decided to make a SSB team from agents he was close to and from networked agents. This will be an amazing team that imo will be better than Czech Yourself.

I could go on if you need more examples.

Heres the start of the team that will take over for Czech Yourself after we gut and go down to a 22 cap.

The plan is to play 3 more seasons then gut, retire, pick right up with a whole new team that will be ready to play in a 22 cap.
This team will have a mismatch of levels because it will be made over 3 seasons to take advantage of mentor and ST'er VA's.
I have actually handpicked agents to be part of this team as this will be the networks super team. This idea will eventually take GLB by storm and i'm sure alot of teams will copy us.

From My Forums

Heres the general idea.

Season 12

In season 12 we will create 9 players. Of those 9 players all 9 will have 15 mentor.
3 of them are offensive players and they will play on offense only. Once they eventually reach decline i'll need to change the energy settings some so they play less and so the players they mentor get more snaps.

The other 6 players will have the 15 mentor too like i said above. They will also be solely special teams players playing every snap they ever get on ST's. This means they will be built following a plan so they excel there. Essentially they will be built around speed and agility first. Then strength, possibly tackle and perhaps eventually blocking because they will play both ways.

Season 13

Here in season 13 we will build the second later of mentors. These players will have 10 mentor so that with the players created a season before them we can combine for a 25% bonus at some positions. There will be a bunch of positions created this season that will be the sole mentors for players created in season 14 too though of which whom will have a 15% bonus.

We will create the 7th full time special teams player here. It will be a CB who will combine with season 12's mentor to give the 6 CB's created in season 14 a 25% bonus. Of the 6 CB's created in season 14 five of them will play only on defense while one of them will be a fulltime KR/PR/Gunner and our 8th and final ST's player.

What we will have here as far as offense, defense and ST's go is this....
1 ST's player
8 Offensive players
5 Defensive players

Season 14

This will be the final season of creation. The final 32 of our total 55 players will be created this season. They will consist of........

3 ST's player (KR/PR/Gunner and the Kicker & Punter)
12 Offensive players
17 Defensive players

Only the kicker and punter wont have a mentor on this team. A majority of the players will have a 25% bonus to vision and confidence. The rest will have a 15% bonus which is still going to be 15% more than many of the teams out there now will have. You may be thinking that we're going to have players in decline. You're right we win. Most of those players will likely be on ST's though and they will have the bonus there anyways from the special teamer VA. Besides i think they will still be fine. I think this still works though even if the season 13 created players hit decline because we will have 32 of our total 55 players at their peak with 15-25% bonuses in vision and confidence. We will however be shooting for a 18 or even a 22 cap league though so we could possible gain some steps to World League there so none of us hit decline. Theres always trying to get someone to switch with us to move up too when teams want to move down. We'll be fine.


Season 12 Day 41 Mentors & Special Teams [9 Players]

WR Mentor: [[-MITH-]]
This will be the first WR created of 5. He will have 15 mentor that will give a 15% Bonus to the other 4 WR's that will be created over season 13 and 14 (One will be created in season 13 and 3 created in season 14)

OT Mentor: [[PowersConnection]]
This will be the first OT created of 4. He will have 15 mentor that will give a 15% bonus to the other 3 OT's that will be created over season 13 and 14 (One will be created season 13 with 2 created season 14)

OG Mentor: [[-MITH-]]
This will be the first OG created of 4. He will have 15 mentor that will give a 15% bonus to the other 3 OG's that will be created over season 13 and 14 (One will be created season 13 with 2 created season 14)

DT Mentor ST'er: [[PowersConnection]]
This will be the first DT created of 5. He will have 15 mentor that will give a 15% bonus to the other 4 DT's that will be created over season 13 and 14 (One will be created season 13 with 3 created season 14) This will be our lone ST's DT

DE Mentor ST'er: [[RainbowStu]]
This will be the first DE created of 5. He will have 15 mentor that will give a 15% bonus to the other 4 DE's that will be created over season 13 and 14 (One will be created season 13 with 3 created season 14) This will be our lone ST's DE


LB Mentor ST'er: [[RainbowStu]]
This will be the first of 6 LB's created. He will have 15 mentor that will give a 15% bonus to the other 5 LB's that will be created over season 13 and 14 (One will be created season 13 with 4 created season 14) This will be our lone ST's LB.

CB Mentor ST'er: [[RainbowStu]]
This will be the first of 8 CB's created. He will have 15 mentor that will give a 15% bonus to the other 7 CB's that will be created over season 13 and 14 (One will be created season 13 with 6 created season 14) This CB will be one of our ST's players.

FS Mentor ST'er: [[-MITH-]]
This will be the first of 3 FS created. He will have 15 mentor that will give a 15% bonus to the other 2 FS that will be created over season 13 and 14 (One created season 13 and one created season 14) This player will be our lone FS St'er.

SS Mentor ST'er: [[-MITH-]]
This will be the first of 3 SS created. He will have 15 mentor that will give a 15% bonus to the other 2 SS that will be created over season 13 and 14 (One created season 13 and one created season 14) This player will be our lone SS St'er.



Season 13 Day 41 Mentors & Special Teams[14 Players]

QB Mentor:
We will create the rushing QB here so that he can go with 15 mentor to give the pocket QB the 15% bonus. The pocket QB will be created in season 14.

HB Mentor:
We will go with the power HB here so he can go with 15 mentor to give the elusive HB a 15% bonus. The elusive HB will be created in season 14.

FB Mentor:
We will go with the blocking FB here so he can go with 15 mentor to give the receiving/rushing FB a 15% bonus. The receiving/rushing FB will be created in season 14.

TE Mentor:
We will go with the blocking TE here so he can go with 15 mentor to give the receiving TE a 15% bonus. The receiving TE will be created in season 14.

WR Mentor:
This will be the second WR created of 5. He will receive a 15% bonus from the WR created in season 12 and will have 10 mentor himself that will give a combined 25% bonus to the 3 WR's who will be created in season 14.

OT Mentor:
This will be the second OT created of 4. He will receive a 15% bonus from the OT created in season 12 and will have 10 mentor himself that will give a combined 25% bonus to the 2 OT's who will be created in season 14.

OG Mentor:
This will be the second OG created of 4. He will receive a 15% bonus from the OG created in season 12 and will have 10 mentor himself that will give a combined 25% bonus to the 2 OG's who will be created in season 14.

OC Mentor:
We will create both centers the same probably but it doesnt hurt to have a mentor here. This guy will have 15 mentor to give the center created in season 14 a 15% bonus.

DT Mentor:
This will be the second DT created of 5. He will receive a 15% bonus from the DT created in season 12 and will have 10 mentor himself that will give a combined 25% bonus to the 3 DT's created in season 14.

DE Mentor:
This will be the second DE created of 5. He will receive a 15% bonus from the DE created in season 12 and will have 10 mentor himself that will give a combined 25% bonus to the 3 DE's created in season 14.

LB Mentor:
This will be the second LB created of 6. He will receive a 15% bonus from the LB created in season 12 and will have 10 mentor himself that will give a combined 25% bonus to the 4 LB's created in season 14. This player will backup LOLB, ROLB and MLB.

CB Mentor ST'er:
This will be the second CB created of 8. He will receive a 15% bonus from the CB created in season 12 and will have 10 mentor himself that will give a combined 25% bonus to the 6 CB created in season 14. This will be a ST'er. Of the 6 CB created in season 14...... 5 will play defense on a 98/99 energy setting. The 6th will be the KR/PR/Gunner Specialist.

This will be the second FS created of 3. He will receive a 15% bonus from the FS created in season 12 and will have 10 mentor himself that will give a combined 25% bonus to the FS created in season 14.

SS Mentor:
This will be the second SS created of 3. He will receive a 15% bonus from the SS created in season 12 and will have 10 mentor himself that will give a combined 25% bonus to the SS created in season 14.




Season 14 Day 41- Whenever Starters and Peak Players [32 Players]

Pocket QB:
This player will have a 15% bonus to vision and confidence from the mentor created in season 13.

Elusive HB:
This player will have a 15% bonus to vision and confidence from the mentor created in season 13.

Receiving/Rushing FB:
This player will have a 15% bonus to vision and confidence from the mentor created in season 13.

Receiving/Rushing TE:
This player will have a 15% bonus to vision and confidence from the mentor created in season 13.

3 WR's:
These players will have a 25% bonus to vision and confidence from the mentors created in season 12 and 13 combined bonus.

2 OT's:
These players will have a 25% bonus to vision and confidence from the mentors created in season 12 and 13 combined bonus.

2 OG's:
These players will have a 25% bonus to vision and confidence from the mentors created in season 12 and 13 combined bonus.

1 Center:
This player will have a 15% bonus to vision and confidence from the mentor created in season 13.

3 DT:
These players will have a 25% bonus to vision and confidence from the mentors created in season 12 and 13 combined bonus.

3 DE:
