Meh. I get along with everybody and the rest of Huntsville is WAY more easygoing than I am. So yeah, I don't think there's any rivalries there.

And everyone loves me...

I am sure Bridge City is looking for a rematch with us, we both went 9-7, but we won our Matchup (0-5 at the time, they were 1-4) 9-6 on a FG in OT with Exatcly 1:00 left in OT.

Yeah you made the playoff because the Bandits were making test before facing the Grizllies. But be sure that this year this won't be decide by another team.

Well that's not ENTIRELY true. I'm the offensive coordinator for the Bandits and on offense we tried what I though we needed to do to beat them. Not really anything very experimental about it. That was our downfall, we were predicatble and it showed. Unfortunately those tricky Looters decided to do a complete 180 on their previous game plan when we had a scrimmage against them day 40 and, since I had also completely reversed plans on offense, the result was a mirror image of our first loss. The teams both looked flipped around from the earlier game but the result was almost identical.

Defensively I don't think we did anything so expiremental it would account for the margin of loss either. The Looters made the playoffs beause their owners wisened up after the first third of the season and started building good players and using smart gameplans. I think their performance against Honolulu in the playoffs proved it beyond a doubt. They gave those hawaiians a MUCH closer game than any other teams did and I think if they had been seeded higher they could have made it as far as the conference championship before losing to that juggernaut of a team. I wouldn't be too surprised if they are in the A League next season.

I only said that ebcause on a previous thread, someone from your team, the Bandits, said that you sandbaged this guy to try to prepare for the Grizllies.

My bad if it was not true, but it was not some words without any proof.

Oh I know, just saying the statement was not ENTIRELY true when it was made to begin with. We had talked about trying some expirements since a loss would have zero impact on our playoff seed, but I wouldn't say the game was sabotaged by lots of wild changes in our tactics, we were definately trying to win.

They'll probably have the whole team boost right before they play us just to try and win!!

Sigh....you certainly have a flare for the dramatic.
Let me rephrase that for you:
"Don't coomplain about OVERreactions to MISUNDERSTOOD actions"
Phew, there. Now we have historical accuracy.

my only rivalry is with xnahog and his hatred towards laser cats

Moo, it was more than obvious that the "flare" for drama came from you asking my players if I was gutting my team. PMing the owner and asking = no drama. PMing players on another team and asking if I'm gutting it = stupidity and drama. Don't create it and pawn it off.

I wouldn't call it a rivalry at all, but I've known Xnahog for a year now and have a lot of respect for him as a fellow owner. I'm very much looking forward to our game early in July, especially since our teams' strengths are almost diametrically opposite.
