I did a deal similar to this 4 years ago or so. I signed up for 3 years for like $5. I got the magazine for 3 years but I only got to keep Insider for 1 year. Fortunately my credit card had expired that I signed up with so I didn't have to deal with calling to cancel.

I paid $30 for my SI subscription and it came with an NFL t-shirt and wind breaker. I won't tell you that the team I got was the Bucs because then I would be the target of jeers and ridicule, but $30 for 56 issues of SI and a team tee and wind breaker > ESPN for $4
