Came from support:
A team's starting chemistry is actually only 70, and teams with 100 chemistry have had to work up to that number. It's really not as important as people think it is, though, as a full 10 points of chemistry really only make a difference to the players of about 1%, or so.

Obviously there is NO WAY a Team has Worked up to 100 Chemistry when some teams are left @ 70% to start season.
I do not care for 55 players on my roster to start a game -3% and play gimped even if it was 1%
But 3% across the board of 55 players is a pretty big shag imo.
What all it effects no one really knows 100% because Bort keeps everything such a gaw damn secret, we have little clues how this might impede a player.

I know that it is not much (or that some ma be gone before it can be implemented), but what do people think about boycotting the Official PeeWee tourny next year? I'm trying to think of anything to get someone's attention who can do something.
