Don't know about the secondary, but I'll fully grant you that Chris Ball is still the best WR in the league, bar none.

They havent proven anything. Until they take our title as statistically the best secondary in the league, we're still going to think we're the best.

Plus, just about everyone on the secondary has some boosting to do for us. :-)

Feel free to rank your top 3, I started this thread as a conversation starter, not to just make a statement

Best WRs in the league - I need to go through stats for the West, and frankly don't have time, so I'll start with listing my first impression.

1. Chris Ball
2-3. New York

There might be someone better than NY Striker's 2nd guy, but they certainly impressed me.

That's not what I meant. Rate the GROUP, not the individual. Yes C Ball is the Randy Moss of our division. But does his domination pull the entire Michigan WR group up to get the top ranking? That's the debate I was starting. Don't limit it to WR's .. I ranked the league groups - east and west. For example, my opinion on the best D-Line was this

D-line - Midwest, Miami Hammerheads, and NBSK. NBSK's line should be illegal btw ... it's friggin sick. Honorable mention to Rapid City just based on Edonidd. If there was a little more depth at DT I'd have to include them on the list

Edonidd was by far the most dominant DT in the league last year but his dominance didn't propel Rapid City's D-Line into my top 3.

Oh, I know. And no, I think #1 as a group would be NY, but I'm biased, and haven't spent a tenth of the time scouting the west that I have the east. When I have a little more time, I'll try and do something more involved.

Nah, I don't think our WR core is the best.. We might be like top 5, but we just have the best individual one.

Pretty much my thoughts exactly.
