We have a strong squad but most guys will be retiring in a season or 2. We are trying to add a few more pieces that will give us a trophy before everyone retires.

Typically I round the minimum to the nearest $250 for all players on my team. I give as much money as I can to every player via the equipment fund.
What type of defense you run
Hybrid 4-3/3-4. We run primarily 4-3 with some 3-4 mixed in for certain situations. We also run a 3 DT rotation to make sure our NT/DT get plenty of PT.

I have no idea, but I used to play against Dinas when they were in the WEPL. I spent several seasons with Aberdeen Wrecking Crew and several of my current agents moved over from AWC when they decided to go slow build.
