if I was a player creating pee wee teams and I don't own a team(hey wait that is what I am)

you really think it is hard for me to find a team when there are 20 teams spamming saying I NEED PLAYERS

by chance is this forum just a better way for YOU to sign players?

not just me, worst case I just make all the peewees for the team, I have tons of flex. But this is my second season as a peewee owner and I see how annoying and hard it is to find players. I have 2 team posts out, one in the recruitment peewee forum and 1 in the teams looking for players. I've gotten about 5 agents since last week. I have to constantly bump my thread to stay on a front page.

I see 0 player made threads in the peewee forum, and to check the players looking for teams I need to click a position click a level range and then click a player to maybe see someone who is serious about making a peewee. This forum is trying to stop all the frustration and just pool all of the peewee agents together and allow the teams to view them and sign them.

well I posted a thread in that normal pee wee recruiting forum and I already got 4 PMs, including one from you so clearly indivisual agents don't have trouble finding teams.

I will say, Rob, you and a few other users on here have a bit of an unfair advantage when it comes to recruiting. Due to your influence on the forums and record as a team owner/GM, it's probably not too hard for you to fill your team. Now I also agree with you that it's not too hard for players who are seriously looking for a team to find one. I think for kyxoan's idea to work, it would have to be something linked directly to the player creation option. But, it'll probably never happen, because the Marketplace pretty much servers the exact purpose that kyxoan wants.

yes the marketplace does, but for a new peewee team (like I was last season) I can't recruit on the market place effectively until day 42 (when I actually get my team). Again, this forum is just meant to be a resource and a tool to help.. it was not meant to cause drama or complaints. If people want to use it, awesome. If not then oh well. 100 flex out of my flex pool isnt a big deal.

Yeah, I get people asking me all the time to join my team. For now, I'd really rather keep mine as a two man show and leave all of the other active agents for the teams that are hard up.

Thing is, I get a LOT of people asking to join my team and the only players they are offering to build are the rushing QB or a HB. Honestly, those are pretty vital positions, if you are asking to join an elite team, you will make whatever they want you to make, and you don't screw it up they will allow you to start building the more prominant players.

At least, that's how I would roll.

lol, ya I love all the 'I'm going to make you a HB and I want him to start' PMs I get from randoms [I'm assuming most other owners get them also]. Quite amusing some of them.

I'm always polite when I reply, and I always reply. Most times it is a stock answer, "the team is full", but other times I offer some advice as above.

Thunder can I make a rushing HB and rushing QB for your team?

Since you guys are the last two to post i am offering you a HB each ...but they must start and get all the plays even at K . You dont want them ? You guys are crazy im gonna rule with my player with 8 in each SA ..lol

I don't have a team

although my buddy is getting a team and I will make a player for his team and help him run it, anyone want in on that one, that is less flex he has to spend since he is making most the team by himself (kidding, i don't wan't you outsiders )
