No silver teams are likely to drop down. The number of sold off teams will likely exceed the number of teams that drop down, and the CPU teams will ALL be regulated to copper.

Nope...builds are being built just for PeeWee these days.........nothing more than a level 15 retire.
No championship Team would be eager to move on imo

Yea I doubt that any Gold championship team would want to move into minors. All my builds this year were strictly for peewee. Plus, when you make several players all with CE and boosts it takes a toll on your flex if you don't recycle them.

A lot of copper teams will move up because of the turnover rate in Silver. I'm willing to bet AT LEAST 6-8 teams from each Silver League go CPU. You'll probably see every team that wins at least 1 playoff game in Copper move up, if not more.

I think all the cpu teams move down first, then teams that are bottom tier like 0-16 teams would be next on the list. Teams like Atlanta Surf and DARPA in copper will move up and they will make room for all copper champions and possibly runner ups and maybe even conference champs.
