If any of you are wondering why we're against the implementation of "coaches", it simply this:
Coaches, as currently proposed, will influence both END-BUILD (how good your player will be for his career) and IN-GAME (how good your player is during any given game.
WE believe that if YOU are the one paying the flex points and crafting the build, YOU are the one who deserves to be responsible for both END-BUILD as well as IN-GAME performance.
