Hmm. This should be investigated.

Oh God no, the ornate house of cards we've built is crashing around us! Once word gets out that we've been using the "BLITZING GUYS THAT AREN'T ON THE LINE OF SCRIMMAGE" exploit, we'll be lucky if Ketchikan isn't forcibly disbanded. I, as the DC, will probably be permabanned for these repeated, egregious instances of using the DPC as it was never intended; if that is in fact the case, I just want to say before I am escorted out that you guys here in USA Pro were cool and thanks for everything. Please just remember me as I was before all this went down, we'll all be happier with those memories. My sincere apologies to you all, I never meant for it to end this way.

He obviously meant

D PotG: SS Lamar Odom - 5 tackles, 1 FFum, 2 PDs, 1 TFL

And this should've been play of the game imo:

Key West Corsairs (3-3) 6, South Otto Porcelain Mice (3-3) 37

http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=713098

Defensive POTG: DT "Big" Leon Lett (CCCC) 10 Tkl, 1 PD, 3 Hry, 7 Sacks, 4 FFum, 1 FRec

I know Leon's good, but he was D POTG for a game he didn't even play in? Wow, that's impressive!

Dont be fooled by the 30 points the Bullets scored, Alpine couldnt stop DEEP tonight, but the Bullets just couldnt stop Alipne enough to help their offense and the Bullets lost their last 3 while Alpine won his last 4!

Key Stat: 8.3: That was the YPC of Alpine rushing offense!

Obviously I bricked it on our play designed to stop the QB rollout (and they also have some good blocking VAs). We actually did a good job of keeping their RBs in check. Hopefully we'll get another crack at them.

I guess all those those teams that ran the Off tackle run and the slam should have said the same thing, right?

LOL -- that pass was "thrown low"

Riverboat Gambler pass to Kory Reid up the left side, thrown low, caught (33.5 yd gain), PAT made by Long Distance [TD]

The defender would of picked off a pass thrown on target, obviously

Strong I was different because there was nothing a DC could do to keep it from going for four yards. The blitz that got your QB killed is very easily neutralized, blame your OC for hanging you out to dry, not Bort or us.

Blocking mechanics are not the best, but if you properly scouted them, you would know to either leave a TE in to block, or not use shotgun when trying to pick up a lot of yards because of their D. Or maybe different plays out of shotgun. All of those were long passes. Use plays the develop quicker. Maybe if you want to use the TE Drive, use the Singleback one, so the HB doesn't start on the other side of the blitz when you leave him in to block. There are a ton of things you could have done to prevent it if you scouted them properly. Looks like you did most of the research AFTER it happened to you.

Also it's very different than the SI Slam, because back then an offense can call that whenever they want, and the defense couldn't do a thing about it. In this case, you can choose not to use the shotgun, as well as any of the things I listed above.

Why do you always have to type out these long responses that show my simple minded blood thirsty posts up?
