why is there no label on McDonalds that by eating there you greatly increase your chance of heart disease, ect...

Why isnt there a label on guns that say becareful you don't shoot your eye out kid?

Why isn't there a label on alcohol or beer that say this product will degrade your liver quality and shorten your lifespan?

No label on a an AC unit or fridge that the freon used that is keeping your shit cold is warming up the rest of the earth?


how am i a worse person? i am killing myself and friends by smoking, you are killing generations to come by running your AC in your house (well i run AC too but thats not the point )

haha looking back at all the money i've spent on video games is retarded...if i had it all back, i would totally not spend it again

i probably blew close to a grand on WoW back in the day buying gold and having my players leveled haha - although i got back the bulk of my money when i sold the account

i have dozens of video games (computer, console, NES through XBox360) just collecting dust in a box in my basement lol - its actually kinda sad when i think about how much of a geek i was

I think the day I started smoking was when I got tired of rolling smokes for my old man and realized I wasn't getting anything out of the deal.

But think of all the good times you had playing with your friends after a long hot summer day. You can't take those moments back, and why would you want to? I can see if youre the guy that spends 50$ a week on World of War Craft because he was no friends, but gamecube was the best thing that ever happened to me (ok thats an exageration but you get the idea)

I've made alot of friends thru on-line gaming. I've known some of the folks on the Monkeys since 1998. Rhuin and Mykel, for example, I've known that long since our days in Everquest. Even though I've never met any of them face to face, I still consider them to be friends. Mykel and I just started chatting on the phone on a regular basis, and we live relatively close enough to each other that I'm sure we'll get together for lunch and drinks sooner or later :-) ( he will be buying, after all, he's the team owner, heh).

aye, I've met allot of good people along the way, and it helps to have a number of people you trust when joining a new game with them, like this one,and quite possibly warhammer when it comes out! It sucks starting a game from scratch knowing no-one, I haven't done that since EQ , (

There is plenty of shit that you can get cancer/die from just as easily as smoking.. and besides, I think the effects of smoking are overblown. I know plenty of people who have parents that have been smoking for 40-50+ years and in some cases grandparents at 60-70+ years who not only don't have cancer, but are perfectly fine.

The problem with smoking is the $130 a month it costs me to do it.. Would I like to quit? hell yeah, but I cant. Its not getting cancer that I am concerned with, its just the cost of it.

I just don't give a shit.... cancer or cost.
