It's the same thing as the AI percentages for outputs.
The higher the bias is set in relation to the other plays, the higher the chance that play will get called.

what if.....
lets say i have 2 packages for 1st and long, one is run plays, one is pass plays.
does the code allow for bias towards the one that is working....???

The input auto adjust doesn't work with packages.
