I got mine on a CB @ 18. No attributes.

I found mine super early. I want to say around lvl 14 or so.

lvl 46 cb -> never found one !!!
And I've been searching a lot...

Never showed up for me. First AEQ I got was a % deflect last season.

Now I switched to % catch (now 13%) with hopes of turning those pass deflects to intercepts.

Still looking though

level 54 never found it extremely sad i havent looked as much as i should have since i did eventually get SV

I can't remember the exact level, but it was sometime pre lvl 16 upgrades. The downside is it didn't have any other bonuses on it.
