Warrior General Games

Personally, i don't think alpha is strutting around feeling superior. We're definitely proud of our achievements, and there's more trash-talking on our side, but we all realize (as much as i hate to admit it) that the best team isn't in our conference. I feel our top is a little better than zeta's top. I think Sarajevo as the number 2 seed going into the playoffs was tougher than zeta's 2 seed. But it's just a matter of opinion. And yes, i understand our bottom is a bit more terrible than zeta's. That's just fact.

I am not sure who has the better division, but does it matter? Really??? Like was said before. I had a team that was great season one, and due to FA I lost over half of my team. Now I am struggling to keep up with you guys. But next year, i will be turning it wround, so does not matter each year the power shifts some to one team or another. I mean look at Rome, they were near the bottom last year and this year they are smoking. the only team that is doing great both years have been Prague. I mean there are a few teams that made the playoffs twice. but they by far have the same team both years. and as long as they keep all their players, they will be tough again next year. But now that I have been recruiting, I think there will be teams that can give them a run for their money next year.

Agreed Everyone is going to be upraded its going to be a fun and competitive year.

That's the beauty of it. You don't have to have the best players to be the best. The game itself is just as much planning and strategizing as it is having capable players. I'm not sure if you think I was trying to argue with Randy or not, which is not the case. I'm just expressing my feelings towards his post, and voicing my opinion.

I know you were voicing your opinion. So was I. I do nto argue for anyone but myself and even then I let guys slide with comments, not my nature to argue...

That's kind of you to be nice to Sarajevo, but we've given up an average of 3 points during the regular season and averaged allowing 5 points during the playoffs. We were scored on in half of our regular season games. 8 shutouts. We've yet to allow a TD in the playoffs. It would take you adding up our points allowed for the past 8 games to finally reach us giving up 24 points total...including playoffs. We can score some points, but our staple is defense. I think it could be a closer game than most, but I certainly don't see them being the 1st to double the highest points allowed in a game this year. See ya in 11 and a half hours

Not to anger anyone, or pick a team (I am secretly wanting a certain Navajo team to win), but if GLB has shown us anything this year, it's that undefeated teams don't do well in the playoffs. I'm not pointing out the Punishers, because they are a fine fine team, but I was looking in the U.S. Pro, Canadian Pro and some others, and only 1 undefeated team out of 6 have made it into the final game of the playoffs.

Just pointing out the stats. In another league where my friend plays (Canadian AA, nothing big) there is a team called the Bedford Rats who dominated everyone, but lost in the first round of the playoffs.

It's weird how GLB works. All I'm saying is, don't be surprised if them Navajo's scalp you tomorrow.

So what you're telling me is that we now own the 2nd longest winning streak in all of GLB. 2nd only to the Santiago Benitos of the South American Pro league. Again, if we win, great! If we lose, it was only a matter of time anyway and there's nothing to be ashamed of for accomplishing what we have. Having said that, I fully expect to win 30-6 in something like 10 hours

So us and the guys in S. America Pro are the only undefeated teams to make it to their league CCGs, thats nice, I do hope they lose before us.

Anyhow, we have been rocking in the playoffs and I dont see it letting up, but in about 8 hours we will see.

Man it was way better to be away from the game for the last CCG, I am nervous as hell right now.
