Hague will be lucky to make the playoffs as anything above a 7th seed tbh

Hague would surprise the heck out of me if they made the playoffs in either conference.

I hate it when things like this make sense and then it never happens. The swap of conferences just makes too much sense from those two squads and of course as a result of it making sense it won't happen. lol

wait i just found out we did play them in AAA. yah maybe they do need to stay in zeta ;]

lol - I wasn't there when agoptix wrote the PM - he normally sits in his office in the dark alone with two candles lit by the hat stand - so cannot comment but there is truth in what you write. We are Alpha for life but wanted to enjoy a cruise in Zeta for a season or so and then we will swap with you and we will both be back in Kansas again

I ran it through my top secret league projector. I will give you insight only to the results. Hague in Alpha goes 0-16, loses four avatar bets, demotes to AAA and disbands. Hague in Zeta goes 3-13, avoids demotion, hangs around for another season then goes World league when the teams 2-3 seasons older have widespread roster turnover. Wins World league season 14.

I stand by my statement that Zeta is easier. Those of you in Zeta that don't like it, you will have your chance to try to prove us wrong that we won't win three games this season in Zeta.

Also i was in contact with an admin and they said that after teams are handed out, its hard for them to swap teams so that was the main issue with that.

see you screwed up. agoptix and dancer were pretty smart, realized the truth in the matter, laughed it off, and just deflected it with humor. then we all had a good time. everyone likes the funny. now you come in and make excuses? no one likes excuses.

no, the "main issue with that" was agoptix responding with wanting to stay in zeta cuz its "easier" while hague players continue trash talking. i have no problem with either hague staying in zeta or trash talking, but "no way we're switching.. its easier here!!" and "LOL we're better than you look at our trophies" arent exactly compatible with each other.

now if he had responded "yes lets switch" and then we contacted support and/or admins, and they told us its not possible, then you'd be right.

We like to talk out of both ends of our ass and we keep the truth a closely guarded secret... until now.

I put the matter up for a vote in our forums. The early polling results showed an early lead for Alpha behind the heavy campaigning of Alphapublicans. All signs indicated that Alpha would take the day. This continued until a scandel was uncovered which revealed that Zeta was in fact, well, easier. At which time the momentum sharply changed and the liberal Zetacrats were able to push through their pro-zeta agenda by a margain of one vote. It was a historic moment in that it marks the first time Zeta had beaten Alpha in anything ever.
