IF we are going to make this list there has to be a reason with some proof for each person added.

well the first guy up there has well enough reasons to be there. The second one commits to multiple teams, then never signs. And the last one does the same as the 2nd. All of these people besides #2 have 6 players or more committed to one team, then go and sign with someone else. That enough proof?
