the way it was done though.... the amount of ground he covered... the leaping catch almost full speed into the wall.... losing the ball as he fell back to the field...

I was in awe by the play in the Mets game with the behind the back flip... but this topped that easily

I still wonder sometimes if that was really an out. The ball was going so slow it's hard to tell in the replay when the 1B made the catch. I really think the 1B ump went with the crowd and the awesomeness of the play. It was reeeeeal close though
