im the gm cause i played for them several seasons ago when we won WEPL. I do nothing now except a glb fantasy football in their forums.

And its not classless. This is a GAME, lol. You people are too serious. If anything is classless out of this whole thing it would be assrhens coming in our forum calling someone out and not handling it through pm like a normal man.

Because revealing this in the WEPL forum acts as a greater deterrent, Godgib is more likely to stop doing this now that WEPL knows about this, rather than this being a secretive issue via PM. Just for the record I'm not fussed about this, I wasn't when he PM'ed a few Monarchs agents last season but I can understand why people are annoyed.

it used to happen when i owned the roughnecks, the agents would pm and say hey i was contacted by so and so about us selling. So i was never upset at all, just said no we arent selling right now, but if you want to join that team go for it. No big deal

thats pretty underhanded....but srsly, what agent would just be like "ya i'm leaving" without asking if the selling was going on in the first place and not saying "because we are selling" and being corrected. hard to believe the tactic worked at all.

Funny, I'd say someone who thinks it is neccessary to recruit players from other teams by lying to them about their team being disbanded might be the one who is taking things a tad bit too serious, but maybe that is just me ...

If it's true and I'm not disputing that it is, I'd also like to hear what godgib has to say. But if It is true it's most definitely underhanded. Many an owner wait until there are clear cut signs of a possible gut or and ask the agent and/or owner if they are selling or gutting before making their pitch. Hell I don't even think it's so bad to include their pitch in the same Pm asking if their team is going under. But to blatantly lie in an effort to deceive an agent into joining their team, is pretty sad. Whether to get upset makes one too "serious" or not I don't know about you guys, but I know I have spent alot of real cash as many of you have, and I am as competitive as the rest of to have done it, game or not, I'd be fucken pissed too.

I think this has to be some kind of misunderstanding, I have been playing against Graz and godgib since season 2 and he has always been a classy guy, not one to pull a stunt like that....So, I don't buy it.
