As much as I don't like agreeing with BiggerBlue I'm pretty sure it breaks down as:
Break Block Roll (agi+str)
if Break Block succeeds
Reverse Pancake Roll (str+heavyweight modifier)
if Reverse Pancake fails
Stun Roll (agi)
So, more agi gives you a higher chance of reverse pancaking by virtue of allowing you to break blocks more frequently and more effectively but it doesn't help the actual reverse pancake roll. So, agility helps by giving more opportunities, not with the actual roll.
