He has done a fantastic job of playing the odds and winning the GLB lottery. If you can get enough GM spots on other teams eventually one of those has to turn into a league juggernaut, right? East St. Louis gives out GMs spots like PacMan Jones throws around singles, make it rain East St. Louis, hopefully I can grab the 10th GM spot , sit back, and win a trophy as well.
