Yeah, the guy that doesn't play this game and (according to you) never logged onto this site until he decided to screw you over, came to this site and asked for the password to be sent to that e-mail account so he could come here and torch your team.

The alternative is that he dug through all your e-mails and found that you visited this site and decided he would check it out and then saw he could torch you.

I REALLY doubt such a person would only care about your GLB games, especially when the game doesn't mean anything to him and he wouldn't even know that it was much more than Tetris and certainly woulnd't know it might involve actual money to you.

First off, it's not my email account (it's a friend of mine who I grew up with and knew since I was 6), but I do know exactly what happened.

Whether you can add or not, here's the situation. Their a Steelers fan club. They've been kinda falling apart and certain people would ask what the benefits were with joining (since it costs $$) and how much the players themselves are involved (because they make a point to post photos of every Steelers player they hand out a t-shirt to for marketing purposes and call them "Made Steelers"). Rather than lie to people, they were told the truth, that the current players really have no connection to the fan club. The founders/bosses basically hound every player they see until they can get them to accept a t-shirt and have their photo taken with it being handed to them.

Word got back about telling people about how they run things and the players not being involved. They didn't take to kind to that and said, "we are costing them money". Being that the email account was through their website, they have access to every single email account that's registered through their website. What they did was a way for they to supposedly "get back at us".

A lot more than just GLB was fucked with. That's why it's being taken up legally. You only hear about the GLB shit because this is GLB. If you were part of the Steelers fan myspace community, you would know there's a shit load more to it than GLB. In their 1st year in existence, they named 10 people honorary "made" members. 4 of those members already resigned because of the shit that happened. It's a lot deeper and more involved than just this website. If it was just GLB, there wouldn't be legal matters to deal with.

What gave it away is that the day he noticed the GLB account was hacked was the same day his email account was canceled. Everything started from there.

I think the root of this entire problem is that you guys are all Steelers fans. That makes you somewhat suspect to begin with!

It also probably doesn't matter, honestly, because I'm sure I'm very biased against you just based on the terrible treatment of the players and your team's lying to all of them and the people that were on that team when they gave it back to you.

Nah, the stuff I got banned for was usually less in the way of flames then what you just posted. And all my "accusations" have never been shown to be nothing less than truths, if shown to be anything at all. And I don't know what you're talking about, for the most part.

I'm not even really accusing anything here. I know the story. I was a part of the story even. Heck, I should have more right to the team that guy is running right now than the guy that is currently running it, in my opinion.
