mine is at 68 raw speed at lvl 11.
if i spend all my SPs on speed through lvl 22, i'll have 83.4 raw speed. agility would suck though. id probably only have 40 or so.

i have 63 base speed and 64 agility. With EQ, he has 85 speed(82 rite now cuz had to sell CE so i didnt miss out on boosting.)
Mine can actually throw when needed 2. Im actually making a dual threat QB though unlike most people who go pure rushers
