Top 4 is the final top 4. Basically all 4 teams who play for conference trophies.

This is a great idea, however it is going to suck for those who OC/DC teams across GLB Pro and it will be confusing as to promotions/demotions.
If 2 go up every year that means that 16 must come down, or basically the ones that dont make the playoffs

What sucks is the bottom 2 from suck regions. I mean you go from competing for gold to sucking really bad. Like SEA

However, its going to make the pressure even MORE for OC/DCs the time demand is going to go up even more than it already is and you are going to see a lot of World League teams flame out .. particularly teams that just tore up their regions (softer regions) and then got a heavy dose of reality in the world league.
Personally .. I liked that you could just win your conference in EEPL with great builds and okay tactics
