My level 56 and 61 CBs both have it.
They both are *easily* averaging more than 1 knocked loose per game in SAPL.

CBs will almost always be stronger than WRs since CBs get natural gains on strength.

I guess the only real experience I have with it is my lvl 43 CB, who I've given up on. He has 55 strength and 15 in jackhammer, and some in power tackle, he knocks one loose or force a fumble on occasion, but not enough for me to try it again.

16 passes knocked loose in 9 games = ~1.8 passes per game

like I said, the guy I tried it with hasn't worked out too well, I experimented with alot of things, so he's pretty messed up.

I wish I was getting those kind of numbers though
