Squirrels play as drunk as possible while still being able to recall the current president and their first name. Also we try to make sure they can point out the end-zone of the opposing team prior to being let on the field (but thats not a true requirement).
My Center rarely passes that test. Of course, his job is just to snap the ball somewhere in QB Bills' area and stand in somebody's way.
