Apparently some chick (not his wife or girlfriend) that McNair had slipped a roofie to and raped a year ago told him that her boyfriend was going to kill him because of it yesterday. This is far from a cut and dry case.
Maybe his wife found out and offed him and his girlfriend. Maybe his girlfriend got really upset about the accusation from the other girl about the roofie situation. Or maybe the girl he raped really did have her boyfriend kill him.

Their are several studies, books etc on that. Its something to do with a part of the brain. Basically they have to have the world know about them. Some people are able to control it.. Those are the ones that are still killing and probably never will get caught.
