I run a two man show with Miller handling the O and I handle the D. I boost and use custom, but even that is getting expensive. I might do it all in Season 13 for one season if Pro comes along, and then just use my status as Pro to recruit and instruct how to build and live off of the retirement flex for the rest of time. If everyone follows my plan, we'll be fine. The problem is just because you are great, doesn't mean that greatness will follow.

It's not that hard to go undefeated in the regular season to be honest... you maybe have one or two tough games a season. Owning an entire team and winning through the playoffs is a different story unless you can boost them all. And really if you didn't boost, you could return the entire team and start a new one the following season for free (if you don't count what you spent to make them to begin with). I helped out an owner last season with his AI work for the playoffs and we won the league without boosting a single player,

The risk of doing that is so great that I have no problem with them, its not like we are short on teams. Honestly the guy's with teams like that dont game plan because they dont have the time. They hire coordinators and then its fair game, I am a firm believer that in peewee, your close enough that you can beat anybody if you have the right tactics. Of course it helps to have the builds... and those tactics can sometimes be hard to get right
Let them have their fun, playoffs are to unpredictable. The leagues are short of players not teams... thats why we have CPU's in every league, and a few leagues that didnt get new teams because there was no players to fill them.
Oh and some guys like talking to themselves... it makes them feel good they can trash talk and everybody agrees that they are the best!

I DC and have 8 players on a team I don't own. It gets to be a lot of work. If somebody has the cash and the time to run an entire team, and they're smart enough to gameplan it right, they deserve the trophy if they can get it. It's definetly not some easy win if you decide to throw down the cash.
We've played most of the owners who responded to this thread, and they're teams would most likely run those you listed right off the field.
There's really not any huge advantages to be had in pee-wee. Game plans and build quality make all the difference.

having around 10-15 agents seems like a great number.
My first season owning a team I had 42 agents. We had 60 players. That season was hell! We couldn't get on the same page and not everyone would read the forums to get tactic information.
My second season we had 10 returning agents and 15 new agents. We had a few players go inactive and some randomly boosted.
This season we have 15 agents. 8 still here from the first season and 7 returning from the second season. 5 of those are my GM's.... they run this team and it's great. We did however have a problem with our OC going inactive and his 4 players - but another agent that OC's another team stepped in to help out.
It's a lot more fun to have 10-15 dedicated guys than having 2 guys control everything.

Bah! I've got enough activity on my other team forums to not have to babysit my own team forum, respond to people's concerns, bitchers about losing or playing time, etc. I still try and get players on to a few other Pee Wee teams just to make sure that I am still learning and am not falling into the rut of thinking that I already know everything that there is to know about Pee Wee. It is actually nice having a team where I don't ever have to check the forum (except that is where I have posted my build bibles, so if I can't remember my plan for a Pee Wee player, I look in there).
I've got enough forums that I'm active on, so I'll stick to a two man operation using PMs to communicate rather than the forums.

Pee Wee is fun... but it is also the most competitive league you could possibly imagine because everyone supposedly starts out on an even footing. But then the teamwork, the AI, and the quality of the builds kick in and suddenly you're slaughtering teams using the exact same starting resources as you had. There really isn't a division like it out there except maybe the first season of a cap 13 league, where yes some people have farmed players in at level 13 and they boost to 16 on signing, so the difference between boosters and non-boosters is slightly higher.
What I'm saying is that Pee Wee is awesome and we need to remind Bort that we shouldn't have to pay flex to have a Pee Wee Pro league.
